We follow all Government advice to keep you and ourselves safe.

Please help us to help all of our guests by staying alert so that everyone can enjoy their time in Torquay. 

To enable us to reopen and accommodate guests we have put in place a number of measures :

• Please sanitise your hands with the sanitiser provided each time you enter the front door..  

• We will adhere to strict cleaning methods throughout the guest house and will ensure that all our rooms are disinfected after every guest leaves. . 

• We will be limiting the number of people in our dining room.  At check-in we will ask you for a breakfast slot between 8.00am and 9.00am and will only allow a maximum of 3 rooms at any one time, in order to comply with social distancing.

• Due to the current regulations we are not able to provide a breakfast buffet, however you will be able to either pre-book your breakfast /table the evening before in our dining room or choose a breakfast bag to take away.

• We will not service or enter your room during your stay, unless you have agreed for us to do so at check-in.  We will be happy to provide you with extra towels, tea & coffee etc.

We are keeping up to date with all the latest Government advice and will adhere to their guidelines

If you have already booked with us and you or anyone in your household (who lives with you) has had symptoms, either a continuous cough, a temperature or loss of taste or smell, in the past 14 days, please do not travel to the area.  Please contact us so that your reservation can be modified to another date or cancelled, as we are operating a very a flexible cancelation policy at this moment in time.
